Eva Hamant

I am a parent of four adult children. The youngest has had a person-centered plan since 1998 and participates in various activities in the community with help. I was a lever III advocate, a trained Person Center Plan facilitator for DDD, and a graduate of Partners in Policymaking. I have served on the boards of Arc of Arizona and The Arc of Tempe, and treasurer of AZ Disability Action coalition. I was a founding member of Inspire HSC which became Inspire Inc. where I am secretary of the Board of Directors.  Becky and I have presented at AT conference in Flagstaff, at the ADE/ESS transition conference, and at some DDD conference. I used to do about 20+ hours of professional development a year.  I still do some webinars that impact my volunteering on the Independent Oversight Committee, the former Human Right Committee,  where I have served for about 27 years. I was DDD Advocate of the Year in 2023.
